Policies

  • An initial consult/voice profile evaluation, or ENT referral may be required prior to initiating sessions.

  • A formal report will be provided upon request, at additional cost.

  • A 24-hour window applies for all appointment changes or cancellations: 

  • Clients will be billed for half (50%) of the scheduled service for same day cancellations.

  • Clients will be billed the full amount of the scheduled service for same day no shows.

  • Jenna Battipaglia, MS CCC-SLP is an out-of-network provider:

  • A receipt for therapy reimbursement submission can be provided upon request.

  • A receipt for coaching services can be provided upon request.

  • All personal information is confidential and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Sessions are currently conducted virtually.
