Jenna Battipaglia, MS CCC-SLP is an out-of-network provider: a receipt for therapy reimbursement submission can be provided upon request; a receipt for coaching services can be provided upon request. All personal information is confidential and in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Sessions are currently conducted virtually. An initial consult/voice profile evaluation, or ENT referral may be required prior to initiating sessions. A formal report will be provided upon request, at additional cost. A 24-hour window applies for all appointment changes or cancellations: Clients will be billed for half (50%) of the scheduled service for same day cancellations. Clients will be billed the full amount of the scheduled service for same day no shows.
